CONTRACT INFORMATION: This announcement is an unrestricted acquisition to construct Supply Support Activity (SSA) Warehouses at Fort Bliss, Texas. This project for the constructing a standard design general purpose storage building with loading dock for use as Supply Storage Activity (SSA) Warehouses. Primary facilities include storage buildings with loading docks, covered storage shed, organizational vehicle parking, building information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, and Energy Monitoring and Control Systems (EMCS) connection, and installation of Intrusion Detection System (IDS), CCTV, and duress alarm. Supporting facilities include underground utilities (water, sewer, gas), electric service, parking and access roads, paving, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, sanitary sewer system, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping, site development, and site improvements. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by self-contained system. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 236220, which has a size standard of $36.5 million. A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.
