Background
The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center has a service for Maintenance and Preventative on Philips Ventilator Equipment.
PROJECT SCOPE
The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center requires provide preventive maintenance (PM) services and breakdown repair services in accordance with requirements.
Contractor shall provide support to:
Philips 200D
Philips V60
Philips Esprit
Period of Performance:
October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 (Fiscal Year 2016) with 4 contract option years.
