The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Ave. Buffalo NY has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance on one Hologic ThinPrep 2000 System.
The services required for this piece of equipment is as follows:
Preventative Maintenance
One Preventative Maintenance per contract year
Maintenance
Unlimited on-site repairs by qualified service technicians
Next business day, on-site response to a unit that is inoperable during normal working hours (Mon-Fri 8:30a-5:30p, excluding Federal Holidays)
Include all service labor, travel and parts costs
Reporting
Request report from VA technician about quality. Also monitor sign in sheet.
Additional Services
Unlimited telephone support Mon-Fri 7am-7pm (excluding Federal Holidays).
Development of distal site flushing protocol
The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is $25,000 to $50,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo VA Medical Centers. This is not a solicitation.
