PLUMBING SERVICES
The Capital Area District Library (CADL) requests proposals from qualified plumbing
contractors, for providing various plumbing maintenance services for the Downtown
Branch located at 401 S. Capitol Ave. Lansing MI. 48933. Proposals will be received at
the Capital Area District Library, Administrative Offices at the Lansing Library and
Information Center, 3rd Floor, 401 South Capitol Avenue, Lansing, MI 48933 no later
than 4:00 PM on April 17, 2009.
The Capital Area District Library budgets approximately $30,000 annually for plumbing
services, but that level of expense is not guaranteed. This is an annual contract with an
option to renew as long as each party agrees. In addition, either party may terminate this
agreement with 30 days notice.
