From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (CSI) as verified on the CSI lists on Jan 17, 2019 neither is Export Controlled Item. Item is not commercial neither Critical Application applies. Item acquire for first time, directly from the actual manufacturer; the Government does not have adequate data nor rights to data. Item production requirement is in accordance with CAGE 3U457, Part Number- 7081-180-0681-00 requirements. Approved sources of supply: CAGE 3U457; Point Blank Enterprises, Inc..
Required delivery objective is 250 days total. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
