From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 79293358; and solicit as OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION for Sole Source. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-19-R-1000 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-673-9796, Plate, Structural, AI ( Panel electric-EL) for 205 each. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (CSI) as verified on the CSI lists on June 10, 2019; neither is Commercial. Item is Critical Application and Export Controlled applies. Item acquire for first time, directly from the actual manufacturer; the Government does not have adequate data nor rights to data. Item production requirement is in accordance with CAGE 3U457, Part Number- 7081-180-0067-00 requirements. Approved sources of supply: CAGE 3U457; Point Blank Enterprises, Inc.
Required delivery objective is 170 days total. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
