From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 77812776; and set-aside for 100% Small Business. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-19-R-1074 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-00-488-7123, Pillar assembly, Cowling for 15 each. Item in accordance with Basic Dwg NR 97499 212-060-817 REV NR D dtd 09/18/1981 Part Number-212-060-817-003 requirements. Item is not Critical Application, neither is Critical Safety Item. Item is not Commercial and Export Control does applies under DLA enhancement JCP registration and validation.
Request delivery objective at 850 days total for the followings, Contractor First Article Testing within 120 DARO; 60 days for Government evaluation and 670 days total for production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
