The City Police Bureau is seeking proposals from qualified firms or contractors with demonstrated experience in providing, installing and maintaining a fully-tested, functioning photo radar program for the City. The Police Bureau proposes to engage the contractor for the following services: A. Provide all hardware, software, database management, communications network, report generation; B. Implementation of the system and related software, hardware components; C. Training of the City staff; D. Assist the City in mailing of approved citations with City cover letter and affidavit/certificate; and E. Telephone customer and support service.
