PFLUGERVILLE COMMUNITY LIBRARY BUILDING EXPANSION PROJECT
The City of Pflugerville (hereafter referred to as the City) is seeking specific qualifications from interested architectural firms that are capable of providing professional services for design of the Pflugerville Community Library (hereafter referred to as the Library) building renovation and expansion. The Library serves a population of over 47,000 and is currently housed in a 12,000 sq ft building located at 102 Tenth Street, Pflugerville. Based upon the recommendations of the library building consultant, it is anticipated that the expansion and existing facility combined shall be approximately 35,000 40,000 sq ft. Consideration will be limited to firms that have demonstrated successful experience in the expansion of public libraries of a similar scope for a public sector owner and firms with demonstrated successful experience in at least Silver Level L.E.E.D.S. Certification.
