PERSONNEL STAFFING
The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) intends to issue a solicitation for Personnel Staffing services to support Broadcasting and Journalistic needs of Agency.
The Government anticipates multiple Indefinite Quality/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) awards of a hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Labor Hour (LH) Contract.
The requirement shall be posted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561320 Personnel Staffing. The Small Business Size Standard for $25.5 Million.
The requirement for Personnel Staffing shall be competed as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
This Pre-Solicitation notice is to invite Industry input and questions for attached RFP and supporting documents, the Government anticipates posting final Solicitation BBG50-R-14-0528 to (FedBizOpps) on or around June 12, 2014. A pre-solicitation conference is schedule for 04 June 2014 to responds to questions and input from interested parties.
To be held at the BBG, 330 Independence Blvd, Cohen Building VOA Conference Room 1st Floor, Washington DC from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Prospective Offerors MUST be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. The SAM website can be found at www.sam.gov.
The Government anticipates that the period of performance for contract will consist of a Base Period and four (4) twelve (12) month Options.
The place of performance shall be located in Washington, DC and Miami FL.
