The Department of Parks and Recreation of the City , a Facilities Management client agency, has requested interior restroom renovations in the basement portion of the Pen Park Administrative Offices. Therefore, it is the intent of this solicitation that the City will contract with the most responsible and responsive bidder to provide all work as detailed herein and in the related drawings.
