The purpose of this amendment is to update the RFQ to add POP testing for CLIN 0001, 0002, 0004, 0005 and update the quantity of item 11 P/N 61745 "MK4 RB Cable" to quantity 100 and to extend the response date to 9/05/18. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
