PCT Carpentry Services
The successful contractor(s) shall provide all materials, equipment, tools (including hand tools), labor and supervision required to maintain, service, repair defective and renovations of carpentry projects for the University facilities. The contract will be effective upon award for a period of one year, with the option to renew up to five (5) additional years in one (1) year increments with mutual consent of the University and the successful contractor.
