PBX Maintenance
This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is being issued to establish one or more contracts with one or more qualified Offerors who will provide a time and materials maintenance agreement for the currently installed Avaya G3R PBX system, gateway (EPNs), ATM network, and branch extenders to the University as further described in the RFP. The system has about 12, 000 ports and serves the Campus with connections to approximately 240 building. Please see the attached Visio drawing of the G3R system and current inventory of spare parts.
