PATRIOT Routing Logic Relay Interface Unit
The intent of this Solicitation in accordance with FAR 5.201, is to advertise the Government's intent to procure 23 units of the PATRIOT Routing Logic Relay Interface Units (RLRIU) Communication Enhancement 3 (CE3) modification kit, Part Number 13647220-2. This action is to meet the requirements of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) buy.
The US Army, Lower Tier Project Office (LTPO) manages this project and needs to acquire the non-commercial part that will be procured as a Firm-Fixed Price, Definite type contract under FAR Part 15. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(4), the FMS customer provided justification for purchasing this part from a specific company through a Letter of Offer and Acceptance therefore, the Government intends to contract only with the required source per FAR 6.302-4, Raytheon Company (CAGE 05716).
