Modification to extend the period of performance of the Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract by four (4) months
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The U.S. Government intents to issue a modification to extend the period of performance of the Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract by four (4) months to Raytheon Company. The Government does not have a Technical Data Package to provide for this effort. The contractor shall provide PATRIOT PBL support for inventory management as well as the repair and replacement of 136 national stock numbers and part numbers for PATRIOT air defense weapon system secondary components as identified on the Identification of requirements.
