PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Post Deployment Build-8 (PDB-8) Developmental Test and Evaluation (DTE) and Initial Operational Test & Evaluation (IOT&E).
PDB-8 DTE IOT&E activities shall include the following; PAC-3 Ground System Integration Activities, Interoperability and Large Scale Search Tracks, Contractor Verification Testing, PDB-8 GEM-T flight tests, PAC-3 flight tests (includes all variants of PAC-3 missiles), Mix GEM-T and PAC-3 flight tests (both ground and flight). These activities shall include contractor support for system level testing, data analysis, problem resolution, PAC-3 missile preparation for flight tests, contractor pre and post flight test support, and limited post-flight analysis. Additionally, contractor shall provide logistics and safety activities in support of materiel release for First Unit Equipped (FUE). The contractor shall integrate PAC-3 missile redesigned hardware into flight test missiles to support PDB-8 test activities.
