THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), is conducting market research for qualified Small Businesses that are capable of providing a patient monitoring telemetry system as identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Suggested system is Carescape Life Upgrade Program for B850.
Applicable NAICS Code is 339112, with a Small Business size standard of 1,000 employees.
Offerors desiring consideration shall email a capabilities statement and the following information directly to the Contracting Officer, referencing the following in the subject field, VA242-17-Q-1064 Telemetry - Sources Sought". If responding with an or equal product, you shall include the brand, model and specifications sheet or your submission shall be deemed non-responsive. Parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required supplies and services. All capability statements received by closing of this notice will be considered.
If responding as a VOSB or SDVOSB, offerors, at the time of response, shall be verified in VIP. Unverified VOSB/SDVOSBs will be considered non-responsive to the requirements of this sources sought and any resulting solicitation. Offers from unverified VOSB/SDVOSBs are deemed deficient and will not be considered. NAICS 339112 is NOT on the SBA Class Waiver List nor will SBA issue a Non Manufacturer Waiver for this requirement.
