From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 79923907; and solicit as OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION for approved sources of supply. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-19-R-1172 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1680-01-531-4483, Parts Kit, Seal Replacement for 19 each. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (NCSI) as verified on the CSI lists on September 10, 2019. Item is Critical Application. Item is not Commercial neither Export Control applies. The Government does not have adequate data nor rights to data. Item production requirement is in accordance with HUPP Associates, Inc; CAGE 0JT27, Part Number-HAD2G130 requirements.
Required delivery objective is 270 days total. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
