The Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Division of Acquisition Management (DAM), Indian Health Services is seeking Native American Businesses for Medical Support Services and Commodities.
The PAO/DAM intends to be fully compliant with the Buy Indian Act as implemented in the Federal Register. Additionally, PAO will comply with the spirit and intent of the Act to support Native American growth in the industry and marketplace.
Interested parties are reminded that in order to be compliant with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) attainment of DUNs number is required (and can be attained at www.dnb.com); Registration in the System for Award Management (can be attained at www.sam.gov).
