PANEL REPAIR (OEM) J.G.W. INTERNATIONAL
Naval Information Warfare Center, Atlantic (SSC Atlantic) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to J.G.W. International LTD. 1801 Robert Fulton Drive, Suite 400, Reston, Virginia 20191 This requirement is for the repair of 13 each Front Panels, PN: H-33-9970-01. Panels will be repaired from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) J.G.W. International LTD. Cage: 1C8B0. Only the OEM can repair the units to their original condition. If any other company were to complete the repairs, it would create the risk that they would not restore them to the correct condition in order to be compatible with URC-109 system since they do not have the propriety rights that J.G.W. International LTD.

This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 27 August 27th, 2019. The Government will accept proposals via email at: michelle.c.mcdonald@navy.mil. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 334310 . All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov.
