Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 14 each, 473 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are 14 each for a ONE TIME BUY. This item is restricted to small businesses, 100% set-aside.
The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. No Technical Data Packages will be mailed out, all offerors shall be registered in FBO and Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified to obtain the Technical Data Package for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
