PRON: AX8F1095AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-Fixed Price Five-Year IDIQ contract, a min quantity of 114 each up to a max quantity of 570 each of a PANEL,CONTROL,ELECT; NSN: 1680-01-573-5859, Part Number: 70450-01825-105, applicable to the BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system.

Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) for PANEL,CONTROL,ELECT; NSN: 1680-01-573-5859, Part Number: 70450-01825-105 is 114 each, 315 Days after Contract Award (DACA). PLT without FAT for PANEL,CONTROL,ELECT; NSN: 1680-01-573-5859, Part Number: 70450-01825-105 is 114 each, 210 DACA with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000.


This requirement is restricted to Triman Industries Inc., Cage Code: 0ZBE8, Korry Electronics Co., Cage Code: 81590, and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code: 78286.

This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
