The Estimated Annual Quantity is 21 each. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures for part number 13451-000. Approved sources of supply: 05476 American Fuel Cell and Coated (AMFUEL) & CAGE: 26512 Northrop Grumman Systems Part Number 160C950907-1 and CAGE: 26512 Northrop Grumman Systems Part Number FCR58310-1. This is not a commercial item. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule is 30 days.
