PAINTING OF BUILDINGS
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. The request for quote (RFQ) reference number is HSCG37-14-Q-PSK246 (attached). The objective of this requirement is to seek an outstanding responsible Contractor/Vendor that can prepare and paint four (4) buildings. For details and specific requirements including all the estimated dimensions see attached SF-1449. All potential Contractors must be registerd in the System for Award Management (SAM) formerly called CCR. This project is under the "Service Contract Labor Standards". All price quotes will be evaluated base on technical experience and working in the military environment, personnel flexibility and ease of managerial personnel to adopt to changing requirements and schedule and quality of materials that will be utilized in the contract performance (not necessarily in that order). All interested Contractors/Vendors are encouraged to attend a pre-quote/site visit scheduled at USCG Base Los Angeles-Long Beach; time and & date: 0945AM 16 July 2014.
