This is a request for services to Paint the exterior metal pole system for the Crow Service Unit, Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana.
This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a Purchas Order to the successful offeror in response to this Request for Quotation, RFQ-CSU-19-016-RDJ.
The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns.
