PACU ARK WORKSTATIONS
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation VA247-14-Q-0827 is Request for Quote (RFQ) for PACU ARK Workstations. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is a 339112 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside, and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.
Quotes shall be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Shipping shall be by F.O.B. Destination. Vendors must honor quotes for 30 days from the closing date of this RFQ.
