PACS Equipment , software and service contract
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is IHS 14-239-SOL-00007. This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.
The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-72 are incorporated. The Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service has a requirement for PACS Equipment, software and full service contract for maintenance, repair and upgrade services for the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service.

The Government intends to make an award without discussion, therefore the initial quotation shall contain the offeror's best price and shall be determined to the overall best value and most advantageous to the Government.
