This project constructs a multi-story reinforced concrete masonry unit building with pile foundation, reinforced concrete slab and floors, structural steel framing, brick masonry exterior, steel trusses, and standing seam metal roof. The new building will house the chemical feed systems, high service pumps, multimedia pressure filters, membrane filtration skids, storage tanks, generators, post treatment chemical feed systems, administrative space, laboratory space and a communication room. The facility will be designed with redundancy to allow skids to be taken out of service for maintenance.

This project renovates the existing ozone generation building #B4357 for re-utilization as an operational vehicle garage to store two pump trucks, associated equipment and hoses.
Information systems include basic telephone, computer network, fiber optic, cable television, security and fire alarm systems and infrastructure.


This project will provide Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) features and comply with AT/FP regulations, and physical security mitigation in accordance with DoD Minimum Anti-Terrorism Standards for Buildings.

Built-in equipment includes two 5-ton bridge cranes, public address system, emergency generator, laboratory cabinets, sinks and hoods. Special costs include Post Construction Contract Award Services (PCAS) and Geospatial Survey and Mapping. Operations and Maintenance Support Information (OMSI) is included in this project.

Sustainable design principles will be included in the design and construction of the
project in accordance with Executive Order 13423 and other laws and Executive Orders.
Facilities will meet LEED ratings and comply with the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and the
Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007.
Low Impact Development will be included in
the design and construction of this project as appropriate.
