Ozone Generators and AirSep maintenance and repair services
NOAA/The National Marine Fisheries Service/Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC), Woods Hole, MA, has a requirement for services to provide services to include equipment and materials required to maintain and repair ozone generators and air separator units located at the Woods Hole Science Aquarium in Woods Hole, MA.
This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the acquisition is 541990; All other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. The small business size standard is $14.0M.
The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR sub-part 13.0. It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order on an "all or none" basis for all items. The Award will be made to the quoter whose quote meets all Statement of Work (SOW) and solicitation requirements and is judged to be the best value, by an integrated assessment of price and other evaluation factors listed in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). The anticipated award date is June 2, 2014. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FEDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, Statement of Work, and all subsequent amendments.
The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73, effective 29 April 2014.
The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 20 May 2014. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/.
