Ownership and Operation of 11 Affordable Housing Units in the Temecula Lane Development
The City of Temecula would like to announce an opportunity for affordable housing
organizations with expertise in the owning and management of affordable housing
developments. This opportunity includes entering into an agreement that would transfer
ownership of eleven (11) two-bedroom units restricted at the very low income level from
the City of Temecula to an experienced affordable housing partner who would then own
and operate the units.
