the College is seeking qualifications and fee proposals for Project Management / Owner’s Representative (hereafter referred to as Project Manager), services for these two projects. The College desires to hire a Project Manager who will assist the College’s Management Team and Building Steering Committee in directing and coordinating all phases of the construction projects.
Design-Bid-Build will be the delivery method used for both projects.
