Owner Agent Support Consultant Services

To ensure successful implementation of the GC/CM project delivery method, Agency will select an Owner’s Agent under this RFP solicitation. This consultant will have demonstrated expertise in the management and support of GC/CM delivery methods, and will support staff, and work in conjunction with the selected design consultant. Agency will subsequently hire a GC/CM contractor -
to provide preconstruction and construction services.
