Oversight and Management of a Mentoring Program

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of oversight and management of an individual and group mentoring program by the County.
The goal of the mentoring program is to support young people in forming healthy, positive relationships with caring adults and peers while teaching social skills, essential life skills, and assisting the youth with positive decision making. In addition, the goal of the mentoring program is to support permanency and life-long connections for young people in foster care or at risk of entering foster care.
