The proposed contractual action will be for a Five (5) Year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity, Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with a minimum quantity of 4 and a maximum quantity of 25. The maximum quantity includes a Foreign Military Sales quantity of 5. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment and materials for the maintenance and overhaul of this item. It has been determined the Government's needs cannot be met in the commercial marketplace; therefore, Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 will not be used. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Depot Maintenance Work Requirement 55-1680-321 and applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders are sufficient to support competition for the overhaul of the UH-60 Boom Assembly.
Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email. You may mail your request to Army Contracting Command - Redstone, ATTN: CCAM-ALM, R. Brent Hester, Sparkman Center Bldg. 5303 2nd Floor, Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000, or send email requests to [email protected]. Proposals can be hand-carried (reference solicitation for details), mailed via the US Postal Service, or delivered by a commercial delivery service. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
