NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville has a requirement for overhaul, prep, prime, paint, and replace Built-In Breathing System (BIBS) valves for a recompression chamber, YDT-17 of the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center, Panama City, FL under NAICS Code 336611. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with the Competition in Contracting (CICA), FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items b Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohne act of 1996 and the method of acquisition will be on a un-restricted basis.
