The State is seeking a call center partner to handle its overflow requirements. There are four (4) basic call types that the State would like addressed. These call types are: Address changes; Telephone number changes; Retirement account withdrawals; and Beneficiary changes. Current call volumes dictate that the State receives approximately 5,000 of these call types per month.
