Oven Control Upgrades
The Government contemplates award of a single Firm Fixed Price contract for the upgrade of multiple Curing and Composite Drying Ovens at Tinker Air Force Base. The Oven Models include one (1) Precision Quincy Copr Electric Oven Model 102-650B, one (1) Lewco Inc. Oven Model NS-FAT05FD-120-240-84, two (2) JPW Design & Manufacturing Composite Curing Oven Model 0304SDSR41-P, 286T17FB5C, and tow (2) Epcon Industrial Composite Drying Oven Model E-262412-200.
Upgrades include using COTS materials, installing Johnson Controls FX60 JAVA Application Control Engine and Johnson Controls I/O (or equivalents) which must communicate with the FX Supervisor; Variable Frequency Drives, and performance and power monitoring with data transmission to the Supervisor modules. The contractor personnel responsible for installation and configuration will have at least two (2) years of experience performing maintenance, repair, and upgrades of industrial grade electric and gas ovens.
Offerors must contact Contract Specialist Carrie Brown no later than 13 January 2017 at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time with requests for a Site Visit to allow time to schedule a visit and then incorporate information into responses.
The awardee must hold an Active SAM registration at the time of award and must provide the completed solicitation packet by the required due date as stated below.
