Outsourcing of the University's Facilities and Administrative (F&A) Rate Development
The scope of the project is the full outsourcing of the University's Facilities and Administrative (F&A) rate development, proposal, and negotiation process. The desired outcome of the work is continued assurance of compliance with applicable Federal regulations, completeness of Federal filings for F&A rates, and consistency and accuracy in cost allocation methodologies and accounting policies and procedures.
