Outsource Printing Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals for Outsourced Printing Services in order to provide support to state agencies via the Printing and Publishing Office. Through this purpose, the State of Delaware seeks to achieve competitive pricing/costing. Government Support Services intends to work in partnership with vendors to improve service levels on a continuous basis, and to redefine demand, thereby eliminating unnecessary expenses. The Division expects its vendors to strive to reduce their own operating costs and to offer competitive pricing with a high standard of service.
It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify vendors for each service category and execute a contract to implement the Outsource Printing Services as stated above.
