Background
The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) is an independent Federal government agency in the Executive Branch created by the Federal Employees' Retirement System Act of 1986 (FERSA). FRTIB solicits your proposal to provide professional legal services for the Office of General Counsel (OGC) on a multiple-award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity basis from law firms with expertise in advising clients on diverse and complex matters including large scale procurements, securities litigation, insurance, privacy, and cybersecurity protection, and issues relating to defined contribution plans, such as the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
Purpose of this Solicitation The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select Contractors to provide professional legal services for the Office of General Counsel (OGC) on a multiple-award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity basis from law firms with expertise in advising clients on diverse and complex matters including large scale procurements, securities litigation, insurance, privacy, and cybersecurity protection, and issues relating to defined contribution plans, such as the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). All work shall be performed in accordance with all sections of this RFP. Note that release of this RFP does not guarantee issuance of an award. The contract shall have a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods.

All questions/comments must be submitted by or before July 13, 2018, at 12:00 PM ET. Late questions will not be accepted. Responses to all questions will be posted via amendment to this solicitation on www.FBO.gov. Proposals must be submitted by or before August 3, 2018 at 12:00 PM ET.
