Outreach Study of Persons Living with HIV/AIDS Not In or Lost To Primary Medical Care in the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County EMA
Broward Regional Health Planning Council, Inc. announces a request for proposals (RFP) for an Outreach Study of Persons Living with HIV/AIDS Not In or Lost To Primary Medical Care in the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County EMA. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) Ryan White Part A funded Outreach services for core medical service consumers not in or lost to primary medical care. The study will also evaluate outreach services practices, identify deficiencies, provide recommendations including best practices and develop an implementation plan to execute the recommendations. A Letter of Interest must be submitted by December 8, 2008. Seven (7) copies of the completed proposal and one electronic version must be delivered to Broward Regional Health Planning Council Inc. no later than December 15, 2008.
