The Organization is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an individual or organization to provide outreach services in eastern Oregon. The successful contractor will work with the organization to deliver outreach services that generate awareness of organization programs. The target region for outreach is Morrow, Umatilla, Wallowa, Union, Malheur and Baker Counties, and specific
outreach activities in this region would be identified in the statement of work. With strong
knowledge of the region and established local connections, the contractor will be a resource for
implementing outreach strategies that will be effective in eastern Oregon as Energy Trust strives
to meet aggressive energy-efficiency and generation goals.
