Outreach Coordinator for Retrofit Initiative

The City is seeking one firm to act as Outreach Coordinator, providing media and public relations services in support of the Retrofit Initiative. The Successful Offeror will be granted an approximately three year contract, with a total budget of around $425,000 to drive demand for the initiative. The Successful Offeror will work closely not only with the City, but also with the various Program Partners, to develop and implement a marketing plan mainly focused on neighborhood-level outreach, but with a regional component as well.
