The Agency/Buyer is issuing a RFP to contract with a Vendor to perform sign control responsibilities in a geographical area that encompasses the entire State. The Vendor will be required to perform sign inventory tasks, conduct surveillance of the State's controlled route network, evaluate permit applications, create correspondence related to various sign control action items, enter current and accurate outdoor advertising control information into the Outdoor Advertising control System database and perform additional signboard control duties as required.
