Outcrop Fire Reclamation Project
The State is soliciting a Contractor to mobilize and demobilize; improve and maintain site access; provide water; salvage, stockpile, and replace cover soil; excavate, haul, and place overburden; remove sandstone; remove, process and bury hot coal; excavate quench pit; cap quench pit; backfill, grade, and contour; fertilize and seed; mulch; and provide BMP sediment control.
