Out-Of-School Youth Program
The County is looking for qualified proposals from organizations interested in providing services for the County "Out-Of-School Youth" population for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funded year-round program per RFP scope of work, terms and conditions. Services are areas of education, employment, leadership and support by promoting long-term intervention strategies, and intensive and comprehensive follow-up services.
