Out of State Debt Collection Services
Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified entities to work with the Collection Division to perform Out-of-State debt collection services. It is the intention to award up to two contracts as a result of this RFB; however, the Authority reserves the right to award only one contract, or no contracts, at its sole discretion. Any contract(s) awarded are intended to supplement, not supplant, the overall collection efforts.
