The City of Grass Valley is requesting proposals from qualified actuarial firms to perform
an actuarial study for the purposes of complying with Governmental Accounting
Standards Board Statement No. 45, Accounting and Financial Reporting by Employers
for Post Employment Benefits Other Than Pensions.
