supply all equipment, labor and materials required to replace the existing air conditioning unit at Orwell Dam with new Heat Pump HVAC System. Keeping current propane furnace in place as back up heat when temperatures drop to -20 F.




replace the central air unit with a dual fuel air to air heat pump minimum size rating of 14.5 (SEER) Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. Must include 3 ton indoor heat pump coil, outdoor heat pump stand. Pad for unit 7/8” and 3/8” line set. 7/8” and 3/8” refrigeration line set and high efficiency air cleaner. The heat pump must be installed according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and follow all National, State of Minnesota and local mechanical and electric codes. The system must be installed by a State of Minnesota licensed Contractor using industry-standard installation methods and following local building codes. The heat pump’s condensing units shall be located in the same area as the existing central air conditioner’s condensing units on the back side of the office building. The contractor shall supply all equipment, labor and materials required to replace the existing air conditioning unit at Orwell Dam with new Heat Pump HVAC System. Keeping current propane furnace in place as back up heat when temperatures drop to -20 F.
